With our Part Exchange Scheme, you can reserve a new Oakmere home with confidence, knowing your sale and purchase are protected and handled with care.

Subject to eligibility and terms and conditions, we will agree a price for your current property and, once you’re happy to proceed, we will purchase it directly from you. There’s no need to market your home or deal with Estate Agents — we take care of everything.

How Our Part Exchange Scheme Works

1. Eligibility

  • Contact one of our New Homes Advisors to check whether Part Exchange is available on the plot you’re interested in.
  • Our team will ask a few questions about your current home to assess whether it is suitable for the scheme.
  • You’ll need to provide details such as your property’s location and approximate value.
  • Your existing home must be worth no more than 70% of the value of the new Oakmere home you wish to purchase.
  • Part Exchange is only available for properties located predominantly within the areas where Oakmere is currently building.

2. Valuation

  • We will arrange for two independent estate agents to value your current property on our behalf.
  • Each agent will assess your home and provide a recommended marketing price aimed at achieving a sale within eight weeks.
  • Our Sales Director will then review the valuations and decide whether your property is suitable for the Part Exchange scheme.
  • We will notify you of our final decision once all information has been reviewed.

3. Reservation

  • If you are happy with our offer, you can reserve your new Oakmere home.
  • We will arrange and manage the marketing for your existing property and liaise directly with the appointed estate agents.
  • Our New Homes Advisors will keep you informed every step of the way, allowing you to relax while everything is taken care of.
